There is a new release of BridgePal Server available. This is release version 2.0.5. You can install BridgePal Server from the Upgrade menu of BridgeScore. Alternatively, you can download and install v2.0.5 from the BridgePal website. Note that BridgePal Server v2.0.5 requires BridgePalServices 2.0.0 or later, and BridgeScore 4.0.0 or later. Changes include:
- "Review" button on ranking screen on BridgePal is replaced by a "Scorecard" button. This displays the scorecard (game summary) for NS at the current table at the end of the session. The scorecard for EW can also be viewed. Travellers are now reviewed by tapping on a board number link on the Scorecard.
- The "Ranking" and "Ok" buttons on the traveller of the final board played in the session are replaced by a single "Results" button. If ranking and scorecard have been disabled in the scoring program settings, the word "Results" is replaced by "Finish"
- If there are no makeable contracts available on the hand diagram an "Analyse" button is displayed (providing that the Bridge Solver app is installed on the scoring unit)
- If makeable contracts are available on the hand diagram, but not the optimum contract/score, a "Calc Optimum Score" button is displayed (providing that the Bridge Solver app is installed on the scoring unit)
- Improved support for Swiss Pairs/Swiss Teams
- For Swiss Pairs/Swiss Teams, ranking, game summary, and traveller, now only show results for latest round, and "Scores Missing" is shown for latest round only.
