BridgePal app is echoing keystrokes sluggishly - how can I fix it ?

This is a problem with certain versions of the Android System Webview component. The solution is to uninstall updates to this component, or download and install a specific version which does not have this issue - see the following post: https://mirgo2.co.uk/bridgepal_forum/index.php?topic=235.0
