Names on BridgePal Units

I have just done a trial at home before going live with BridgePals. The units pick up names from the club PID but not from EBU numbers although the names are shown in EBUScore. How can that be corrected?

It's described in the BridgePal/EBUScore Guide, downloadable from the BridgePal website. You need to set the path to BMPlayerDB.mdb (section 1 of the guide). Next, download the EBU player database (section 2 of the guide). Also, set the "Name Source" in BCS options to Player & EBU Names Table" in the Bridgemate II settings (Appendix 1 of the guide).
